Stock news · updated daily
Kimberly-Clark is nearing completion of its $48.7bn acquisition of Kenvue, with key regulatory approvals secured. Current earnings cover the dividend at 69%, but combined FCF only covers it at about 1.07x before $2.5bn in integration costs. Kenvue's Tylenol litigation was revived in July, and they have no reserve for it. A settlement of Zantac-size would be at $2bn and cost $2.50 per share.
A wild Thursday saw Treasury yields crater, oil surge past $111, crypto liquidations top $431 million, and Meta's cash flow surprise rattle markets. Now analysts are reshuffling their calls on some of the week's most closely watched names.
Kimberly-Clark holds a dominant position in essential household paper and personal care products globally. Coca-Cola maintains industry-leading net margins and a massive distribution network.
Jim Cramer called Kimberly-Clark hated, but the real story behind its dividend streak, its free cash flow, and a social media disinformation campaign in China raises harder questions than Cramer let on.
Both Kimberly-Clark and Clorox are mid-overhaul, both pay yields above 4.5%, and both have dividend payout ratios that leave almost no cushion.
Rose's Income Garden portfolio review highlights 15 most undervalued and 15 most overvalued dividend stocks using 52-week high/low analysis. Energy names like XOM, SHEL, and CVX have rotated into overvalued territory, while high-yield REITs such as VICI remain top undervalued picks. Dividend yield remains a key selection criterion, with several undervalued stocks offering yields above 5% and investment-grade credit ratings.
DALLAS, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NASDAQ: KMB) ("Kimberly-Clark") announced today that it has priced a private offering (the "Offering") of senior unsecured notes in a combined aggregate principal amount of $4.9 billion (collectively, the "Notes"). Every month, we screen for dividend growth stocks that have relatively higher yields. While higher yields can often mean relatively higher risk, depending on the sector, we also include consistency and safety dividend quant grades in the process. We then take a quick look at the top 5 that come up in the screening to see if they are potentially worth pursuing for deeper research and due diligence.
