Proxy statement (DEF 14A) disclosures
Stock news · updated daily
i-80 Gold Corp. is just weeks away from graduating to dual-asset producer status yet trades at a valuation of ~0.33x P/NAV (7%, $4,000/oz gold), below that of some early-stage developers. Recent drill results from Mineral Point were incredibly strong, including several step-out holes that have the potential to materially expand the mineralized footprint. Separately, mid and high-grade oxide mineralization supports bonus ounces vs. prior expectations at Upper 426 with the added benefit of higher margins (amenable to heap-leach).
TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- i-80 GOLD CORP. (NYSE:IAUX) (TSX:IAU) ("i-80 Gold" or the "Company") is scheduled to release its financial and operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, on Monday, November 2, 2026, after market close.

TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- i-80 GOLD CORP. (NYSE: IAUX) (TSX: IAU) ("i-80 Gold", or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of a feasibility study for the high-grade Granite Creek underground gold project ("Granite Creek Underground" or the "Project"). The Project is situated at the intersection of the highly prolific Battle Mountain-Eureka and Getchell gold trends in northern Nevada, USA. Granite Creek Underground is currently ramping up production and is expected to produce between 30,000 to 40,000 ounces of gold in 2026.
i-80 Gold Corp. remains deeply undervalued, trading at ~0.36x P/NAV, with an industry-leading growth profile and a fully funded development pipeline in Nevada. Production is set to nearly quadruple by 2030, targeting ~700,000 GEOs in its year peak, driven by Granite Creek UG, Archimedes UG, higher payabilities (autoclave), and a fast-tracked Mineral Point. A well-timed recapitalization has transformed the IAUX balance sheet, and with other gold+silver peers in Ti-1 jurisdictions trading near 2.0x P/NAV (7%), IAUX has massive re-rating potential.
Young acquired 1.0 million shares at $1.62 per share, representing a total capital commitment of $1.62 million on August 18, 2026. The transaction increased the executive's direct equity holdings by 20%, bringing his total direct and indirect position to ~6.3 million shares.
